1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 365a. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 365a website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting games. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 365a.

Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

365a reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. This may include a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

365a supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods accepted in Bangladesh:

• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at checkout.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

365a may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of playthrough, or redeemed by the same person more than once. 365a reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonuses where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected. Bonus funds and winnings generated from free spins expire 7 days after issue if not used within that period.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: restrict the amount you can lose within a given period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365a platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using automated scripts, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploiting software bugs or technical errors rather than reporting them; using the platform to launder money or process payments connected to unlawful activity; providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; and attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

9. Intellectual Property

This license does not permit you to sublicense, sell, or exploit any platform content for any commercial purpose. All trademarks and service marks displayed on 365a are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or data due to technical failure or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. 365a aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before seeking recourse in any court. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
